Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our core mission. If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you can return or exchange it in its original condition within 30 days of order delivery.

Please return your items using a traceable method and send your tracking number to tdgj99999@outlook.com.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a reliable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, and ensure that tracking services are included.

All full-priced items are refundable. Sale items can also be returned; however, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item has been used, we will provide a partial refund of 75% to 90% based on the condition of the quadcopter. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for packages lost during the return transit.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be brand new, unused, and in its original condition;
- Include all original packaging and accessories (including any gifts that came with the purchase);
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
Please note: We will not accept returns without prior contact from our team. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the sender. Used items do not qualify for return.
Refunds
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Your financial institution may take 3-5 business days to process the refund.

Please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. After receiving your exchange inquiry, we will provide you with more information.

Package, seal, and ship. Before sending the item back to us, please ensure it is properly packaged and sealed, and include proof of purchase with your order number.

Please send us the tracking number for the return package. Note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, and we do not provide prepaid return labels for your package.

When sending the package, please ensure you provide a tracking number, delivery confirmation, or insurance, as we are not responsible for any lost returns.
Delay or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- After we notify you that the refund has been issued, please wait 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund. If you have not received the refund after 5 business days, please consult your financial institution first. Your refund may take some time to officially post.
