TD Drone Shipping Policy for the Contiguous U.S. (48 States)

This policy applies exclusively to all drone orders shipped to the contiguous U.S. (48 States). We partner with reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to streamline the shipping process while providing customers with fast and reliable delivery services.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • Entire Contiguous U.S. (48 States): Delivery services are available for all drone models (consumer/industrial) with no regional restrictions (a physical street address is required for delivery).

2. Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Drones: Processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day).
  • Customized/Pre-Order Drones: Processing time will be displayed on the checkout page (typically 3–5 business days). A final processing timeline will be sent via email once the order is confirmed.

3. Delivery Time & Carriers

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $300 with no additional requirements.
  • Expedited/Overnight Shipping: Costs are calculated based on package weight, and the specific amount will be displayed automatically during order checkout.

5. Tax Information

  • Orders within the Contiguous U.S.: No additional duties or import taxes apply. All displayed prices include state sales tax, which will be automatically calculated based on your shipping address and shown on the checkout page.
  • Military APO/FPO Addresses: Tax-exempt shipping is available—please send your military ID to our customer support team (email: support@tdusdrone.com) to request a tax refund.

6. Delivery Exceptions & Delays

Total delivery time does not include the following:
  • Weather-related delays (e.g., hurricanes, snowstorms) or carrier operational issues.
  • Failed delivery attempts (we will notify you via email if delivery is missed; free re-delivery can be scheduled within 3 business days).

7. Shipment Tracking & Order Updates

  • Tracking Number Inquiry: After the package is shipped, the tracking number will be displayed on the platform for you to check the shipment status.
  • Order Modifications: To update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement—no modifications can be made once the order has shipped.

8. Damaged/Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Packages: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and damaged items—we will arrange for a free replacement or full refund.
  • Lost Shipments: If the shipment status shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact us within 5 business days—we will initiate a carrier investigation and resolve the issue within 3–5 days.
